Choose a task people recognize
Pick a repeatable task such as a shoot brief or internal project update. Bring a sanitized example, an approved finished version, and a checklist of what makes it usable. Choose a task that can be practiced without contacting customers or changing live data.
Use a short session structure
Suggested agenda: five minutes on the outcome, ten minutes demonstrating a draft, fifteen minutes of practice, and ten minutes comparing results. These are planning blocks, not a promise about how quickly everyone will learn.
Measure what changed
Ask each person to explain one correction they made and why. Save the approved instructions with an owner. On the next real task, compare review effort and recurring errors rather than judging success by how polished the demo looked.

Help me prepare an AI practice session for this team and task. Create a sanitized exercise, a sample task brief, and a review checklist. Include one missing-input scenario so participants practice asking questions. Separate the facilitator notes from participant instructions. Use only the supplied process and flag unknowns. Do not claim that the exercise proves production readiness.
